The program is not very easy to use and it has several problems. It seems to be designed for access control of large firms, it even has the capability to record the picture of the employees, together with all the personal data.
Currently I have not been able to find any version to download or to purchase on the net. I believe it is Chinese and probably cannot be found in European languages sites
